No surprises. Here is the rate, how extended health benefits work, and what to do if cost is in the way.

I offer a limited number of “pay what you can” sessions, with the aim of reducing barriers to accessing mental health support. The rest of my sessions are at my regular rate of $165 per 50-minute session.
You don’t need to explain your situation or make a case. When you email me, just ask about a pay-what-you-can spot — that’s all it takes.

Counselling with a Registered Social Worker is covered by many extended health plans. When you check your coverage, look for “Registered Social Worker (RSW)” with your health service provider.
